What is your return policy?
We offer a full refund on any products returned in new condition. Please call 801-367-9133 prior to returning products to assure proper credit.
How quickly do your products ship?
Currently, our RaceDeck and Duragrid products ship from SnapLock, our Salt Lake City, UT, manufacturing plant, in about two days. Our Parking Pad mats ship from Lenexa, KS, in about 7 days. If there is a significant backorder on any product, we'll be sure to let you know.
Exactly how much weight can these tiles hold?
Our RaceDeck tiles can withstand a rolling load of 25,000 pounds -- strong enough to support virtually any vehicle around. The RaceDeck also has a tensile rating of 3200 lbs per square inch.
How do you ship your products?
In most cases, we ship by UPS Ground. If your order is especially large, we will ship by a freight carrier. Of course, we are happy to work with you if you have special shipping needs or preferences.
How can I figure out how many tiles I need for my project?
Measure the width and the height of your area to the nearest foot. Multiply those two numbers together for how many tiles you need. For example, if you would like to cover your 30' x 20' shop with RaceDeck, multiply 30 x 20 = 600. You need 600 tiles for your project. You can also figure how many edges and corners you need by adding the foot measurements of each side that you want finished, (ie: 30 + 30 + 20 + 20 = 100 edges + 4 corners would finish all four edges of the above mentioned project. )
If you get stumped, you may sketch out your area with its measurements and fax it to 408-228-0616 for a free tile calculation.
Can I cut the RaceDeck?
Yes. But please keep in mind that these are tough tiles! We recommend using the optional beveled edges and corners to create a finished look whenever possible. However, if your application calls for further customization, you can cut the RaceDeck tiles with a power saw.
Do I need to glue my RaceDeck to the floor?
No. The products are designed to stay in place on a level surface without glue or adhesive. If you are placing RaceDeck on a epoxy surface or other slick surfaces, a wall-to-wall application is best. A small stand-alone section of RaceDeck on a slick, epoxy floor may require a rubber/carpeted pad underneath or to minimize any movement when driving on the section.
Can I cut the Duragrid or Parking Pad products?
Yes. Both the Duragrid and the Parking Pad are soft, pliable products that are easily customized with a utility knife.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes. The Duragrid and RaceDeck tiles are made by SnapLock Industries in Salt Lake City, UT. The Parking Pad is made by Better Life Technology in Lenexa, KS.
What is the difference between "Alloy" and "Graphite" colors?
They are both silver-gray. The "alloy" color is the lighter of the two-- it's more silver -- while the "graphite" color is darker, like the color of a lead pencil.
Do you offer quantity discounts?

Of course! If you think your project qualifies for a quantity discount, please contact us for a quick price quote.

Do your products come with a warranty?
New Page 1

Yes. The RaceDeck and Duragrid products feature an excellent 10-year limited warranty. The Parking Pad mats come with a 5-year limited warranty. So buy with confidence!

Is the RaceDeck a soft, anti-fatigue type product?
No. RaceDeck tiles are hard. They are designed to withstand the weight of cars, trucks and even small airplanes driving on them. These are not rubberized tiles; rather they are made of a tough, solid polypropylene.
Do the heat and cold affect your products?
Yes, a little. We recommend leaving up to a 1/2" of "breathing room" for the RaceDeck tiles. In the summer when temperatures in garages can get sweltering, you may experience some expansion of the tiles.
Likewise, the Parking Pad one-piece mats also experience some contraction and expansion in the heat and cold.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
No. We are happy to provide tiles for any size job -- whether it is eight square feet or eight thousand.
Will my RaceDeck floor make my garage "sound" different?
Yes. Because RaceDeck is a "floating" tile, it has hollow areas underneath. This is great for air-flow and evaporation. But it does give a different sound to your garage. Some of my customers describe the sound as hollow or echo-y. If moisture is not an issue for you (... you don't plan to wash the Corvette on your floor), you can lay down a foam liner such as one used underneath Pergo, before installation. In most cases, however, my customers quickly get used to the new sound and it does not pose any problems.
Does dirt and liquid get trapped between the seams and under the RaceDeck® flooring?
Possibly. The interlocking seams are very tight -- but not 100% water tight. Some seepage can happen if you hose your garage out with a high pressure hose. However, any water that might seep between the seams will evaporate easily. The tiles are a "floating" tile, meaning they do not lay flat on the ground. This allows for good air flow and good evaporation. Also, there is enough air-flow under the floor to allow natural evaporation of any "pooling" areas.
